When people are well, they do well. Rejuvenate Ireland inspires, challenges and empowers people in both. Celebrating the 3rd United Nations International Day of Yoga, our flagship events on June 21st bring together people from from all around Ireland.
There are two events.
Wellbeing and Yoga for All (9.30am-12pm followed by a light lunch) brings together people of all ages and from all walks of life to celebrate personal wellbeing, yoga and its powerful benefits in modern life.
Speakers include Mrs. Vijay Thakur Singh, Indian Ambassador to Ireland, Sean Gallagher, Entrepreneur and former investor on Dragon’s Den, Tracy Piggott, Sports Broadcaster, Liam Griffin, Chair of The Griffin Group, Dennis Curran, Motivational Speaker, Lieutenant Colonel Mary Carroll, the first Irish woman to command a UN Mission from the Irish Defence Forces, David Forde, Goalkeeper Millwall and Portsmouth, Madeline Quirke, CEO Wexford Chamber and Calodagh McCumiskey Founder of Rejuvenate Ireland and Spiritual Earth.
Attendees will hear powerful wisdom from amazing speakers and experience practices that will help them effectively manage stress, relax, build focus and feel energised and motivated, including gentle stretches, meditation, breath-work and relaxation practices. Wellbeing is for everyone and can be incorporated anywhere. Come in your jeans, suit, dress, or whatever clothes you wish for a morning of motivational and inspirational talks and experience the powerful benefits of a range of wellbeing practices.
